How do I copy all my attachments to a folder on my hard drive?

Hi there, kylecwales.

You can view all uploaded attachments and download per attachment in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Then, you can place them on one folder and save it on your hard drive.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the Toolbar.
  2. Under Lists, choose All Lists.
  3. Select Attachments
  4. Under the Action column, click the Download option.
