Hi there, leadbusiness1-ou.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about your password concern. I’m here to help make sure you can recover the information.

The password for your account is set by the person who signs up for the subscription. I suggest you check with them about this one, so you can enter a journal entry.

Alternatively, let’s go ahead and reset the password in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me help make sure you can do this with just a few clicks.

Here’s how:

  1. Login to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
  2. In the Sign In window, click the Forgot your User ID or Password? ink.PW reset.png
  3. This action will display the Let's get you signed in screen.PW reset.1.png
  4. Enter your email address in the Phone number, email or user ID field and press Continue.PW reset.1.png
  5. Choose how you want to verify your identity.PW reset.2.png
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process.
