I wonder if you could kindly help with bank error (163). I've tried updating connection via "manage connection", where I punch in the bank login details, but still not working.

Bank error 163 indicates that there has been a website change, and the financial institution's data needs an update to support the new website. In addition, credential keys may have changed and need to be updated.
It usually occurs when:
• A financial institution switches its Internet service provider.
• If you are using an incorrect login link or site.
• The bank website is down for scheduled maintenance or intermittently unavailable.
