If you still wish to contact our Customer Care support, I'd recommend using the Start a chat option from the Help menu. From there, you can contact us through messaging so that our QuickBooks Support Team can discuss the concerns with you. You can review our support hours to ensure they can assist you on time. 


Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Start a chat.


In the meantime, I'd suggest visiting our Community Help website which shares helpful articles to read on topics like account management, banking, reports, and more. Just select a subject from the Topics drop-down menu.

Good Morning


I am urgently needing help in trying to sign back into my invite from my client it won't allow me as it saying not picking up my email.


I need assistance urgently as we have financials I need to have a look at

It's our pleasure to help you to sort this out by assisting your needs here in QuickBooks. Let's work this out together on signing back to the invitation from your client.


If you previously successfully accepted your client's invite, you'll want to login into this URL: From there, enter your login credentials, like your email address and password.


However, if you haven't accepted the invite successfully, I suggest asking your client to resubmit the invitation or use another email address for the invitation. This way, you can get into your client's account. Your client will have to follow the steps written in this article: Resend an invitation email section.
