Let's perform a few troubleshooting steps to determine why your products and services are not showing and resolve it accordingly. One of the possible reasons causing this problem is the cache stored on your app and/or device.
Let's remove the temporary cache in and outside the program by following the steps below:

The refresh worked on the Android app. Unfortunately, I didn't know to do that (and most people wouldn't) when I was with a client yesterday and was frustrated that I could see all my customers but not my item list. The app should be improved to refresh data automatically on a periodic basis (or when opening the app). Or at least have a button or option on this screen to refresh data. I was dead in the water. Bad experience.
