To upgrade your subscription in QuickBooks Online, go to the Gear icon > Subscriptions and billing. From there, select Upgrade your plan, then choose the subscription that best fits your business needs and follow the prompts to confirm the change.
Once the upgrade is complete, your account will automatically update with the features included in the new plan. Billing changes may take effect immediately or on your next billing cycle, depending on your subscription.
