I am experiencing an issue with a staff member’s report. When I attempt to download the report, it shows an error, which means I am unable to view the monthly report

To ensure that I provide the most accurate assistance, could you please share the specific error you encountered and the report you attempted to download? Any additional information you can provide will help us resolve the issue more effectively based on your needs.

 

If you encounter this error, it indicates that there is still unapproved time for this period, which means that the unapproved time will not be included in the downloaded data.

If you want to download the Payroll Totals or Payroll by Day (CSV) reports, only approved timesheets will be included in the file. To include the unapproved time in these reports, you'll need to approve them first and then re-run the report.

 

For the Individual Timesheets (CSV), note that time will be exported regardless of the status.
