Hello there, debcol0710.
Can you confirm if your bank account and credit card account are linked in your QBO account, or your transactions were added manually in QuickBooks?
If you're looking for the recent transactions, you can go to the Transactions menu and select Bank transactions. Under the For review section, you can view the downloaded transactions.
If you don't see them, you can log in to your QBO account in an incognito or private browsing window to ensure that cached data are causing the problem.
You can also refresh the connection to get the latest available transactions. You can check this article: Download the most recent bank and credit card transactions.
However, if this your first time connecting your accounts, your financial institution may only download the last 90 days of transactions. To get the recent ones, you can manually upload them. You can visit this article for more details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Still, I want to ask your bank's name so I can check further. Please let me know if you have more concerns. I'll be around to help.
