QBO Payroll - Intuit has to do everything

Can QBO come out with a payroll that will allow changes without contacting intuit? If it needs to be a version that doesn't cover penalties and interest etc. that's fine. I would rather be able to make my own adjustments and corrections than have the coverage.

The payroll feature you require, which allows you to make adjustments without contacting Intuit or support, is exclusively offered in QuickBooks Desktop. However, you can manually record payroll transactions or find a third-party app that integrates with QuickBooks Online to manage your payroll.
