It is important for our users to be able to efficiently access the latest data available in the system to ensure optimal usage of the program. If you are referring to bank transactions in your QBO app, you can easily refresh your data app to view the most up-to-date information. Allow us to guide you through the process:

 

iOS

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Please note that a message will appear cautioning you that it may take a few minutes to refresh the data.
  4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

Android

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.

Hi thanks for your reply. I don’t have help and feedback on my app only help and this doesn’t give me the option to refresh or do anything else. Thanks

You can update your data as long as you're connected to the internet. Doing so will refresh it to see the latest data in your QBO application.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Click iPhone Storage, then QuickBooks Online app.
  4. Tap Offload App.
  5. This action will help to free up storage space without deleting any of your app's documents and data.

 

After this, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the application to start fresh, then restart your device.
