I'll help you change the start date of your products in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @SUVVM2023.
Before doing so, please note that adjusting the product's start date may affect the initial value of your inventory. If you choose to proceed, please refer to the steps below.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Products and Services.
- Locate the product in question and click Edit under the Action column.
- Select Starting Value in the Quantity on Hand section.
- Click Got it to confirm.
- Choose the correct date in the As of Date section.
- Click Save and Close.
Additionally, consider setting up reorder points to receive notifications when your products are running low or out of stock.
