The account has over 700 transactions over the last 2 years. The transaction types are "expense" mainly.
Let's go through some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue where your transactions do not appear when you try to reclassify them in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ayesha.
Before troubleshooting, ensure that you filter all drop-down options on the Reclassify Transactions page before clicking Find Transactions.

However, if you've already filtered the drop-down options and the transaction type still doesn't show up. I highly recommend clearing your browser's cache. Sometimes, temporary files and data build can affect how QuickBooks performs.
After clearing your browser's cache, please restart it and check if your transaction types are now visible. You can also consider switching to a different browser to help identify the problem.
