Hi there, how can I set up the price level function on my QBO as on my settings it does not allow for that to be done.
We are working with a lot of different prices for different customers so in capturing prices for the same product with different descriptions will mess up my stock when manufactured and received into the system.
Is there a way that we can adjust the prices in order to accommodate the different levels per product or do I need to get an add on that integrates with QBO. If that is the case which program or app can you suggest.
Take note that we are also making use of QBD that already have the price level function but we are moving everything over to online.
Hi there, @inspiredbymoya.
It's nice to see your post here in the Community. The QuickBooks price levels feature is only offered in the US versions of QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced plans.
And yes, you may use a third-party app that integrates with Quickbooks. I can only suggest you visit and search for available third-party applications on our Intuit Marketplace site at https://apps.intuit.com/.
You also want to check our QuickBooks Articles hub to search for some easy steps and ideas on any topics related to whatever concerns you may have in the future.
I'll be around to help if you have any other QuickBooks concerns. Have a nice day ahead.
If you are running a wholesaler company, you may have an additional app to manage multi price lists for your resellers.
Hi There , I currently have qbo in south africa too and im battling not having the Price level function for my various customers.
Just inquiring as to which integrated app you managed to use to fulfil the need for price levels ?

Hi there, @Sam1991.
I'm eager to help you find an app. However, we’re unable to provide recommendations on which one to use. I suggest visiting QuickBooks Apps and look for an app that'll suit your business needs. You can type a keyword such as "Price Level" in the search box.
You can also check the customers’ reviews to get a better comparison of each app. Then, choose the one that best fits your need the most.
Please let me know if you need further assistance. I'd be happy to help.
