Thanks for posting here today, @Furbz.
I'll share the steps on how you can put your debtor's account on hold. You can create a new terms name "Credit Hold" and then add this term to your customer's billing profile. Let me walk you through how.
- Go to Gear.
- Choose All lists, then select Terms.
- Tap New and enter the Name in the box.
- Click Save. See the image below.
After that, go to the customer's profile and choose this term. Here's how.
- Go to Sales, then select Customers or Debtors.
- Choose the customer you want to put on hold, then Edit.
- Tap the Payment and billing tab, and pick the "Credit Hold" from the Terms drop-down.
- Click Save.
With the above steps, you're able to see the Terms box that'll show as "Credit Hold".
