I have emailed docs into my account as I normally do, but they are not showing up in my receipts?
Thank you for bringing this up to the community, @Stiens1.
The most common reason why email receipts are not showing up in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is when the file size exceeds 20 MB, and if the documents contain photos, the file type does not follow the format. The file type must be a PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, or PNG.
If your email attachments meet these requirements and the issue persists, you can contact our Live Support Expert for further assistance with your documents not appearing in your receipts.
Here's how:
Log in to your QuickBooks account.
Select the Help (?) icon.
Scroll down to select the Contact Us button and follow the prompts.
You'll be able to request a callback or start a live chat with an expert.
