Can one gneerate a general ledger report for a financial year?

I need to create a general ledger report for last financial year.  How do I do this?

Can one gneerate a general ledger report for a financial year?

Generating a general ledger report for a financial year in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is possible. I'd be happy to guide you on how to do it.

 

  1. In the left menu, click Reports.
  2. In the search bar, type and click on General Ledger.
  3. Once the report opens, set the Report period to the date range to the last financial year.
  4. Click Run Report.

 

This will give you a detailed record of all financial transactions that occurred during the specified period, including debits, credits, and ending balances for each account.
