Hi there, karenbsa.

You can adjust the font size of the report downloaded via PDF file on the Adobe Acrobat settings, as you can't change it through your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

To do this, here's how:

  1. Open a PDF file in Acrobat and go to the  Edit menu.
  2. Tap on Preferences.
  3. Hit Content Editing and press Font Options.
  4. Select an appropriate font in the Fallback font for editing drop-down list.
  5. Once done, click on OK

To learn more about how you can edit fonts for a PDF in Acrobat, see this article: Manage PDF through Acrobat.

I understand how seamless it would be to have an option to adjust the fonts directly from the Reports page. While we continue to make your experience with us even better, I recommend visiting our QuickBooks Blog to get the recent news, information about the latest features, and updates in QBO.
