Allow me to share some insights about getting a summary/collapsed version of the Management Reports in QuickBooks Online, @laightian-gmail-.
The option to summarize Management Reports in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. You can export the report as a PDF or DOCX instead as a workaround. Then you'll want to customize or collapse the report outside QuickBooks.
Here's how to export:
- Open the Reports menu from the left.
- Go to the Management Reports tab.
- Choose your report period.
- Preview your chosen template.
- Once done, select either Export as PDF or Export as DOCX.
Furthermore, I suggest sending us your feedback to let our product engineers know about it. This way, they can consider it in the next feature release to improve your QBO experience.
- Go to the Gear/Settings icon.
- Click on Feedback.
- Enter your product comments or suggestions.
- Once done, hit Next to submit feedback.
