Monthly Client statments how do i create a reucuring email statment to my clients, for the last 12 months as 99% of my Clients need full Statments

Hello, Accounts. I would be happy to provide insights and steps for creating a statement for your clients.

I have noticed that using recurring statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is efficient. However, creating a recurring email statement in QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essential, and Plus is currently unavailable. Instead, you can create them manually by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Sales menu located within your left navigation panel.
  2. Press Customers
  3. Under the Name column, choose your customer and tick the checkbox beside their name.
  4. Click the Batch Actions dropdown.
  5. Select Create statements
  6. Fill out the necessary details.
  7. Once done, press Save or Save and Send.

On the other hand, if you're using QuickBooks Advanced, you can create it by going to the Workflows Templates menu and making your statement from there.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Workflow Automation located within your left navigation panel.
  2. Choose Templates.
  3.  Click +Custom Workflow.
  4. From the dropdown, select the Statement option.
  5. Press the Scheduled Actions, then click Next.
  6. Under the Statement type dropdown, choose what you prefer.
  7. Fill out the necessary information.
  8. Press Save or Save and turn on the option.

Furthermore, you can also run a report to get a snapshot of your business in QBO: Run reports in QuickBooks Online
