Can I run a report showing what invoices have been sent or resent to a customer?

Hi, coll1367.

 

Yes, you can run a report of your sent invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To proceed, let's go and customize the Transaction List by customer report to display all sent invoices. Here's how:

 

  1. Tick Reports from the left pane.
  2. Enter the report name in the search box and hit Transaction List by customer report.
  3. Choose the Customize.
  4. In the Report period, set the date.
  5. From the Rows/Columns section, put a checkmark on the Sent box.
  6. In the Filter section, tick the Transaction Type box and select Invoice.
  7. Put also a checkmark next to Sent, and in the drop-down tap Sent.
  8. Once done, click Run report.
