It's nice to have you here on the Community forum. I'm here to share with you some information about gross profit on invoices or reports.
Being able to pull up a report which consists of the gross profit per invoice is currently not available in QuickBooks Online. The good news is, we have the Profit and Loss report that shows the percentage of total income report. This report gives the summary amounts by accounts.
Thus, you can export the Profit and Loss Detail report to Excel. Then, create a formula with the amount of a single invoice divided by the total amount of income. After that, you can convert it to a percentage. Or, the Invoice List report to get the total of the invoices. Then, get the income percentage of every income.
