It's a breeze to send out bulk invoices through QuickBooks Online (QBO) without using recurring invoices. Let me guide you through the steps.
- Sign in to your QBO account.
- Click Sales & Expenses from the left menu, then select Invoices.
- Put a checkmark on the invoices you want to send.
- Click the Batch actions drop-down, then choose Send.
Please know that the steps above are only applicable to already created invoices. If you haven't yet created the invoices, you'll need to create them one at a time. Then, follow the steps above to send them in bulk.
