I hope you're doing well these days. I can definitely point you in the right direction to correct your VAT exceptions in QuickBooks Online.
The exceptions might not have been included during the migration (and there could be other adjustments, too). Entering the transactions or adjusting the amounts manually can potentially mess up the books and VAT accounting. To prevent this, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online support.
