The list of discounts is posted in the account you use for it. If you're using an item on your discounts, you can go to your Products and Service List, and open the item to see what's in the Income account field.
If you're using the discount field, not a line item, the default account is this: Advanced > Chart of accounts > Discount account. You can run an account quick report after finding it, to have access to it.
