Yes, a few users are getting the same behavior, and this is already forwarded to our engineers. We're also waiting for feedback from them.
If the agent who helped you says that your account is added to the list of affected users, you will receive updates from our engineers. If they didn't, please contact our Support team again and ask to add your account to the open ticket (
INV-57948).
