Hi, Ahad. I'm here to ensure you can connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First, make sure to select the correct listing of your bank. You can sign in to your bank's website and copy the bank URL. Then, paste it into the search field.

If you still can't connect your bank account even after selecting all the other options, or if your bank doesn’t appear, we can request support from your bank. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
  2. Click Link account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you can request to add your provider.
  4. Enter your Bank name and Bank web address (URL) in the field provided, then hit Request.

Meanwhile, you can upload your bank transactions manually to QuickBooks Online using a CSV file

After that, you may visit these guides to help manage your downloaded online banking transactions in the program:

If you have more questions about connecting your bank account, Ahad, please leave your reply below. I'll be around to provide the necessary help.
