If you've inactivated your lists such as customers, suppliers or products and services, you can reactivate them to restore their data.

If you're referring to your transactions instead, we're unable to restore them as what the prompt warns before deleting. However, you can recreate them with the exact details using the Audit Log report.
Click the Gear icon, then select Audit log. Set the Events to Deleted/Voided transactions and open the deleted events by clicking on View.
Take note of the original transaction details, then recreate it.
