Hi,
I'd like to know if there's a way to record a partial bank deposit done to a payment received in one transaction?
Sample.
Invoice amount : 10,000
Received Payment: 10,000
1st bank deposit : 5000
2nd Bank deposit : 5000
I can only select a payment received, but I can;t input amount..
Is there a way?

Dividing an invoice payment into two deposits is not a feature in QBO. As a workaround, you can pay the invoice twice. Just add a memo on the payments saying you need to do a split, so you can make two deposits. Check out the Record partial payment for an invoice section of this article: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, you can do an account reconciliation after recording all your bank transactions in a statement period.
