You can also check your bank’s website to see if they’re doing any maintenance or making changes that might be causing connection problems. If everything looks fine, please reach out to our QBSE Support team so they can investigate further.
While working on the reconnection, you can download your bank transactions in CSV format and upload them to QuickBooks Self-Employed to keep your books up to date. Here’s an article to guide you through the process: Add older bank transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I have tried all these, my bank account is Santander and there is no maintenance
