Thanks for visiting us here, @Koizumi008.
I'll share some steps on how you can view the account in your Dashboard. You can reorder the accounts from the Banking page to see the newly created accounts. Let me guide you how.
After that, go back to your Dashboard and review the accounts.
If you're still unable to see them, you'll want to try accessing your account using a different browser to check if it has something to do with the browser you're using or not. Below are the lists of supported browsers.
If it's working, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. On the other hand, you can use the supported browsers and view your account from there.

This is what I see using Chrome.
no option to reorder accounts
Thank you
We appreciate you responding to us and giving us further information, @Koizumi008.
Also, thank you for following the steps provided by ShiellaGraceA above. You don't have the Reorder accounts option if you only have one account.
One of the reasons why it's not showing in your dashboard is it's inactive. Based on your first screenshot, I can see that it's active, so I suggest clearing your browser's cache.
A regular browser's cache stores temporary internet files from your browsing history. However, as it collects too many files, this may cause performance issues in your account. You can clear your current browser’s cache to resolve this.
Go to your account by using a private browser or an incognito window, then try to check if it's not showing. If it works fine, clear the cache in the one that you're currently using.
Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also proceed by using other browsers if the steps above don’t work.
After adding your bank and pulling up new transactions, you can now categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Any chance i'm doing it differently?
Thank you,
Hi there, Koizumi008.
I appreciate you for performing the troubleshooting steps shared above to fix the issue. I can see also how a bank account appears on the Dashboard is important to see the updated transactions immediately. With this, I'll be sharing details on how information that appears on the Dashboard works. Then, ensure you'll be routed to the right person to assist you further so you can see your BDO account on the page you want.
When setting up your Dashboard in QuickBooks Online, you'll have to make sure that you organize some options or transactions in the program. That said, I recommend ensuring that the BDO you're referring to is connected to QuickBooks Online so it will appear on the Dashboard.
If the issue continues to occur, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment and provide information on the cause of a missing bank account in the Dashboard.
Lastly, I'm adding this article to further assist you in organizing your business using QBO: Help guide for QuickBooks Online. It contains topics about accounting, banking, and payments.
Let me know if there's anything else you need help with about your Dashboard. I'm always here to help you anytime, Koizumi008. Take care and keep safe!
