Hi there, account-hazzco-n.
I understand that you need to access your account so you can do your business works. As I checked your screenshot, it shows that the account was deactivated. This needs to be checked to see what's causing this issue. That being said, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team so they can perform some research and fix this as soon as they can.
Leave a comment again if you need my help. Take care!
I speak to the support team every day and there is no result. The account is still closed
I understand you need to reactivate your subscription, @account-hazzco-n.
When your account is closed due to cancellation, QuickBooks will keep your data for 365 days. Hence, you can reactivate at any time within that year. You can check out this article for more details: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
If your account is canceled for more than a year, I'd recommend subscribing to a new account instead. You can check out this link to select your country: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
However, if your account was canceled for other reasons and it's still within the year, I'd recommend you contact our Customer Care team again to check the issue. I know you've been contacting us already. At this point, you can make a follow-up about this issue.
Feel free to message again if you have other questions. We're always delighted to assist.
I've got Quickbooks 2016 and never needed a password or any type of sign in...just open the program and start working. Today i got in and installed some tax information for 2020. I closed it but when I tried to get back in and work some more, I was asked for password, which never happened before. I need to get my 1099s done and can't get into my program now. HELP ME, PLEASE

There's a recent update in QuickBooks Desktop that requires admins to log in to their Intuit account when:
You can reset it if you forgot your password. For more details, here's how you can manage your Intuit Account online.
Also, I'd like to share the QuickBooks Desktop service discontinuation policy and upgrade information. QuickBooks Desktop 2016 is one of the versions that are no longer supported. You'll want to upgrade to continue using all the services and avoid issues in using it.
Post again here if you need anything else. Take care!
