I want to ensure you can access your register in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you're not the company administrator, the View Register is not an option. In this case, you'll need to contact the Master Admin so they can add you as a new user. However, if you're already a user and the View Register is not showing, it maybe caused by a cache-related issue. This happens when you use QBO in a web browser with a corrupted or full cache data.
To verify, I recommend opening your account in a private window and check to see if you can see your register. Use one of these shortcut keys to open it (depending on what browsers they're using):
If you can, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This removes the existing cache data that causes the issue. But if the issue persists, use another supported browser.
