If the balances are now accurate, go back to their regular browser and then, clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files and start over fresh. You may also switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue.

It still shows the wrong balance even after doing as you said. I opened my QB a/c in the incognito window clicked on the update & reconnect your account button. But still shows the wrong balance.
See the difference.. But in the balance sheet it shows the correct bank balance.

If your financial institution is connected, you will unlikely see the bank balance and QuickBooks balance match. Our program is dependent on what your bank shares. That said, bank balance is updated from time to time.
