How do I add a bank account that is not supported?

How do I add a bank account that is not supported? So that I can upload an cvs file to update it? I already did this for 2 accounts, but now that I want to add a third I can't find where the option to add a non-supported bank account is.

Hello,

Just go to your Chart of Accounts and select New/Type=Bank

This will allow you to create the account in the Chart of Accounts and use it like you normally would, it just won't be connected to downloads.

thanks. but then it doesn't appear in my banking tab.

Once you add the account, go to Gear Icon/Import Data and select Bank Data. That will allow you to upload CSV file or QBO file.
