There are instances when bank accounts linked to online banking may not appear on your Banking page, Abegail. This is the reason your Chase card is not visible. I'm here to help you make those accounts visible on the Banking page.
You can display the accounts by choosing Show accounts cards from the dropdown menu next to the bank's name.
By following this step, all the bank accounts will be displayed.
