No need to be a certified accountant to become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. As long as you complete and pass the ProAdvisor training, then you'll be qualified as one.
To help you get started, you can check this reference about QuickBooks ProAdvisor program member guide for brand use. (US article but is applicable to other countries such as India). There are selected countries for international versions that can take the ProAdvisor training and India is one of them.

I am chartered accountants and some clients are using the Quick book. I want to learn.
Any specific concern? Keep in mind, if your clients are using QBO India version, you have to use QBO Accountant India version to support them.

As mentioned by @Charies_M, make sure to complete and pass the ProAdvisor training to qualify as one. To get started on the program, follow the steps shared above.
