How can i add an accountant

Welcome to the Community, omar9.

 

You got me here to help you with adding an accountant in QuickBooks Online. The process can be done in a few steps. Please note that only Master Admin can invite accountant users. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Select Accounting firms.
  3. Enter your Accountant's email address.
  4. Click Invite.

Your accountant will then receive an email link with instructions to access your company files.

Using the instructions above, you're now able to add your accountant.
