Hello, Omar. The ProAdvisor program is tied to QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). If you are using a standard QuickBooks Online (QBO) company file, you won't see the ProAdvisor tab.
To resolve this, ensure you are signed up for QBOA and specifically logged into your QuickBooks Online Accountant account rather than the standard QBO company. For step-by-step guidance on signing up, see this article: Sign up for QuickBooks Online Accountant.
Please note that while the instructions in the article are written for the US, the process is generally the same in other countries.
Once signed in, you can see the ProAdvisor option from the left-hand navigation menu to access your Benefits and Training modules. Additionally, you can click your Profile icon to go to your ProAdvisor profile.
