I appreciate your interest in the QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification. I'll share some information where you can take the training.

The ProAdvisor training is available in selected countries for the international version. To become one of the team, you must pass the advanced certification exam to complete the certification.

Here's how you can check if QuickBooks offers the training on your country:

1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/.
2. Scroll down and at the bottom of the page, choose your country from the Select a Country drop-down.
3. Hover your mouse on the Accountants & Bookkeepers tab located at the top of the page.
4. You'll see ProAdvisor Portal or Training from the drop-down.

I am from Vietnam. From my QBO Accountant screen, I only see the Tab "Training", instead of "Pro Advisor". Could you please let me know how to get the Tab "Pro Advisor"? Can you tell me more about where you've find this QuickBooks Online Accountant Certification? That will help me provide an accurate solution to the concern you're having. 

There are times that the browser you're using has information stored that's stopping or causing the error when finding the Training tab. I recommend using a private browser or an incognito window when trying to process it. Then, you may clear the cache in the one that you're currently using if it works. 

Here’s how:

• Safari: Command + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also try to log in to your account using other supported browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge) if the steps above didn’t work.
