I am from Vietnam. From my QBO Accountant screen, I only see the Tab "Training", instead of "Pro Advisor". Could you please let me know how to get the Tab "Pro Advisor"? And kindly let me know what is difference between Quickbooks Online Proadvisor Certification and Quickbooks Online Accountant Certification. Thank you very much.
You just need to complete the exams and get a ProAdvisor Certification for QBO Global version.

There are times that the browser you're using has information stored that's stopping or causing the error when finding the Training tab. I recommend using a private browser or an incognito window when trying to process it. Then, you may clear the cache in the one that you're currently using if it works.
