Hello,
I'm trying to understand if QuickBooks POS suits my need, as I own a pharmacy and I need powerful accurate stable software with the following options
1- Multi-users as we have shifts and many persons using the casher and does it cost more than one user? even in the multi-store version ?? I can't find the answer to it
2- Expiry date and notifications before the expiry date arrives
3- multi-units for each product as we in Egypt sell medication in Box - strips - and in rare cases even Tablet. I will upload a pic for clarification
4- Slow-moving or no moving products report ?
5- Prevent discounts for specific users or limit the discount to a specific percent
6- Connect to the software from the internet - I mean if I want to follow the daily work in the pharmacy without being in the pharmacy
7- stop selling specific product or buying it
That's for now and thanks in advance
Hi, KDES.
To answer your questions:
Every version of QuickBooks has its corresponding system requirements, it should work with an updated browser to be able to run QuickBooks seamlessly. In the meantime, I'd suggest checking for a third-party app that you can integrate with QuickBooks Point of sale.
For stop buying or selling it is unavailable, you do manually check.
Just a heads up, all information taken from ROW version, if you want to access POS you can find distributors/retailers with this.
Generally, Having tis features would be beneficial to your business, I offer you the QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online feature to meet your needs.
