How to import data from excel sheet?

You can import lists in excel file to QBO only but not actual transactions data (except banking transactions from banking panel) into QBO. You will need a 3-party app to import sales data.

To import lists: Gear at the upper right corner > Tools > Import data

How to import data from excel sheet?

I do not see an option to import pricing levels. We have several pricing levels and 800 items. I would love to be able to import them instead of editing manually.  I have yet to find a way.  Do you know of any third party apps that do this?

Thanks

Jacqueline

No, you can't import Price Rules yet in QBO.

"Pricing" here refers to importing the Products/Service LIST, nothing to do with Price Rules feature.

As far as I know, the price rule feature is only available in QBO US version

If you are trading goods, consider having an inventory management app with B2B portal to manage multi listprice for your customers and integrate it to your QBO. You can import the listprice to the app.

But if you are using QB Desktop, you may utilize a 3rd party tool to import the Price Level List.
