I'm here to ensure you're able to invite your accountant from your QuickBooks Online(QBO) account, @tejo. This way, it'll be much easier for you in managing your business and keeping your books accurate.
In QBO, you can add up to two accountants and only the master admin can invite them. With this, you'll have to make sure you're using your master administrator's login credentials to perform the said process. Then, visit the Manage users page. For the detailed steps, here's how:
After that, your accountant will receive an email with instructions for accessing your QBO account. Then, they'll be authorized to use all of the features available in your version of QBO.
In case the issue persists, you can perform some troubleshooting steps. This action or procedure error can sometimes be caused by the browser's overtime collection of data from frequent page visits. To do this, you can pull up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Then, clearing your cache and using other supported browsers will also help.
QuickBooks lets you invite users to help you with your books. You can learn more about the maximum number of billable and accountant users by visiting this article: How many users can I set up?. It also contains tips on how to effectively manage your existing users.
Please keep me posted on how it goes. Let me know in the comments if you have other concerns about inviting accountant users in QBO. I'm always around to help. Take care always, @tejo.
