The initial approach to this behavior is to click the Update button on the Banking page. This will prompt you an error message or a code when QuickBooks can't download your transactions, which is an indication of an issue. You can click on the code or message or search it in the Community to see what it means and to know the steps to resolve it. If you don't see a message or code, please log in to your bank account to see if there's an announcement regarding online banking issues on their end. If none, you can download your transactions in a Web connect file and upload them to QuickBooks. Then, please contact our Support team, so they can gather more data to investigate this behavior.
