Yes, you can @Brucestafo. I’m here to share some ways how to move your QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2014 data to QuickBooks Online.
Migrating QuickBooks Desktop company files to QuickBooks Online (QBO) by hand is only possible in the United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Canada, and South Africa versions.
Since you're using QBO International, you need a third-party app, such as a conversion or migrator tool, to transfer your 2014 records automatically.
You can visit our Apps Center or go to your Apps menu within your QBO account to look for a tool that works best for you. Here are the steps to do it:
Furthermore, you mentioned your accounts are IFF files and can’t be converted to .xls or csv. If you’d like to import them manually, please know that QBO uses CSV files (Comma Separated Values), Google Sheets, or an XLS/XLSX format to import the information correctly and smoothly. Thus, I recommend utilizing the said conversion tool to accomplish this task.

Hello MadelynC, thanks for your reply.
Please tell me, if I signup for SaaSant, why would I need it on a monthly basis?
Isn't this a one time process?
I have global version. I am in Barbados.
You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert data from QB Desktop to QBO Global version for Barbados. Otherwise, you can use a migration tool. i.e TPExporter for Desktop and TPImporter for Online.
