Hi there, cubascookin.adm.
QuickBooks Online International version doesn't have an option to import transactions. Here are the data that can be imported into QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, if you’d like to use a third party app to handle the importing transaction, we don't have any specific programs that we can recommend here. However, I wanted to point you to our App Center. This is where you can find all the third party applications that are sure to work with QuickBooks Online. There are a lot of different options in there, so you may find one that works for you.
Check out this page that has all our supported apps: QuickBooks Apps.
You may also send your feedback and product suggestion by going to the gear icon then select feedback. We have a product release every month and most of the enhancements come from the customer's feedback.

There is something very interesting in this reply. Quickbooks customers in the US want to import expenses, but apparently Intuit does not think that customers outside the US would like to have the same?
The USD 22.50 plan of Quickbooks in the US is exactly what I am paying outside the US in local currency. Why should I get less value for my money?

Get back to me here in the Community should you have additional questions, @MediPaper. I'm always around here to guide.
Appreciate the advertisement for purchasing an additional app. But the question remains why ex-US users don’t get the same value and tools as US users. I’d invite Intuit to answer that.
Thanks for getting back here, MediPaper.
I'd like to clarify some information. When it comes to importing transactions in QuickBooks Online, there is not much of a difference between the US and the international version.

Also, the third-party application suggested by Fiat Lux - ASIA, is an option if you don't want to import your data using Excel.

Hello there, @JIABoss.
Currently, importing expenses to QuickBooks Online (QBO) is not possible. However, you can input the transactions manually.
Here's how:
Repeat the process above until you have entered all the transactions.
Additionally, you can look for a third-party application that allows you to link all the fields in the expense entry. We can go to our App store to find a particular application and get this done. I'll guide you on how.
Another way is to go directly to this link: QuickBooks Apps.
I've included this article to help you export your report to Excel for more customization options in QuickBooks: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
You're always welcome to post again if you need further assistance importing transactions. We're available to help you at any time.
Why would quickbooks want to slow down the input of external data into their system? Don't you want users to be able to quickly get their data in before they can decide to switch to another platform?
