Once your 3.5 months worth of banking data are downloaded, all you have to do is to review and/or match them to the existing entries in QuickBooks. However, in case you're still unable to connect the bank to the program, you can manually upload your transactions into QBO. You can refer to this article for the detailed steps: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, I'd also recommend reconciling your Suntrust account every month. This is to monitor your income, expenses and detect any possible errors accordingly.
