Can you set up a quickbooks email address to receive invoices from suppliers?

Let me guide you on how to set up your email address to receive invoices from suppliers, accounts-altech-.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO),  we can add the email address for Customer-facing email where customers can contact you shown on sales forms and Company email where QuickBooks can contact you. Let me show you how: 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu. 
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Company from the left menu.
  4. Enter the email address in the Company email and Customer-facing email section. 
  5. Hit Save.
  6. Press Done.

To learn more about this one, see the Change company name, address, email address, and privacy settings article. You can also use your Gmail address to send invoices in QBO. If you need to send an email to multiple email addresses, just do the following options:

  • Typing in multiple email addresses separated by a comma and space.
  • Using the Cc (carbon copy) or Bcc (blind carbon copy) fields.

Thanks for coming back to me, I don't think I explained myself properly with that question. I was told that there might be a way to set up a QuickBooks email address so when suppliers invoice us it comes to QuickBooks rather than our business email address so we can put those outstanding invoices directly onto Quickbooks to show our suppliers outstanding balance.
