Hi I am from Bangladesh. The number of e-mails used in our country is very limited But the number of mobile users is much higher. They do not understand the email But they understand the SMS. That is why emailing or sending sales receipts is not going to work ! In that case, sending SMS is very helpful for us.
How to send the invoice or sealsreceipt via SMS to the customer ?
If this option is not in QuickBooks, please add it.

Problem with SnapDesk is that its another paid service. QuickBooks needs to enable text billing. I am actually thinking of finding a new provider if they can't do it.
Since Quickbooks can't do it, I kind of find a work around that works for me. It takes multiple steps but it works for now.
1) create the invoice and email it to yourself
2) copy the link of the "Review and pay"
3) create a shorter customized url on bitly.com (you paste the long url link there)
4) text your client the bitly url you created for them and voilà! The only draw back is that you will get the QB payment receipt. You can forward it to them if you have their email address or go through the same steps again.
SnapDesk will help you automate this process as it automatically pulls over all your customer invoices and allows you to send the link in a text. You can even use SnapDesk for payment reminders, past due notices and much more.
This is needed as people lose emails faster than ever do to open doors to markers. People get satisfaction from going through texts but emails are too crowded.
Apple Pay has a text message pay, text message quickbooks app would work quite effectively if I were able to type out a long estimate into sms, walk with customer to bid, then send a quickbooks estimate in one text, get their info into quickbooks via their phone number for easy billing and ...
You can tell your customers this feature IS available! It's a text messaging app called SnapDesk that is integrated with QuickBooks and it works seamlessly.
Check it out!
