Is this available for QuickBooks Financial desktop and POS?

The option to send an SMS invoice isn't available in QuickBooks Desktop and POS. However, we can look for a third-party application integrated with QuickBooks.

You can go to this page: https://desktop.apps.com/home. Then, you can enter SMS Invoice as a keyword on the Find Applications field.

Kindly do consider one more up for the same concern and I am sure from many more QB users as sending the invoice digitally is really a useful and quick solution and could be a game-changer in choosing a solution for billing and invoices. 

It's only for QBO.  I have Desktop and can't find anything comparable.

As mentioned by my colleague Adrian above, the ability to send invoices to customers using the SMS option in QuickBooks is currently unavailable.

As a workaround, you may consider checking for a third-party application integrated with QuickBooks that allows you to send invoices using SMS.
